Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

  • Custom or personalized gift boxes cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the return was our error.

Exchanges:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
